The Kahshe Lake Archive contains material that was collected while producing The Healing Waters of Kahshe Lake. It includes documents, letters, maps, diagrams and photographs that suit the archival context rather than a printed history. I used to sell frogs legs to Rockhaven at least 3 times a week in the summer. Two legs 25 cents! Big money!!1 Shot them with a bow in swamp to right of Govt. Dock next to Nagaya Beach. Also had a worm and frog bait business . Stole the secret worm catching formula from my cousins Vic and Glen Haaps. Mix Keen's dry mustard powder in water and pour down worm holes. worms come up fast then rinse in water. Now you are in business. I then created a compost, milk fed worm farm and had continual supply very soon.Made lots at 25 Cents a dozen, My Aunt Grace was really mad at me for infringing on her boys business. Also followed them. to see where they found the worm holes. Right behind Carolin Hitchin's cottage! My uncle "Eddie" Heaps also taught me how to catch Muskies using dead rats, but that another story!
