The Kahshe Lake Archive contains material that was collected while producing The Healing Waters of Kahshe Lake. It includes documents, letters, maps, diagrams and photographs that suit the archival context rather than a printed history. Grant Heaps has kindly provided me with copies of his collection of Kahshe postcards. I am continually adding to this site. If you have material of this nature, contact me at archives@kahshelake.ca

Nagaya Beach is where we all hung out and most learned to swim. There used to be a diving platform on a moored dock about 200 feet off the beach. When you could reach it swimming for the first time you had reached a Life Achievement!!
Every Sat night there was a" kids" dance at the Dance Hall that was on a road where Arlene Croney's cottage met the main road. The kids had the place till about 9 PM then the Adults took over and we left to continue our nefarious escapades and I'm sure we had more "fun" than the adults!! At 76 I'm allowed !!!LMAO
The Nagaya Beach weiner roasts on the summer Long Week-ends were the highlight of our summers!!
Great fun!! With an outstanding lady singer who unfortunately I can't remember her name! Late 40's???
