This composite card was created as a fund raiser for the Kahshe Lake Plan. |
The Kahshe Lake Archive contains material that was collected while producing The Healing Waters of Kahshe Lake. It includes documents, letters, maps, diagrams and photographs that suit the archival context rather than a printed history. Grant Heaps has kindly provided me with copies of his collection of Kahshe postcards. I am continually adding to this site. If you have material of this nature, contact me at archives@kahshelake.ca

Denne's was the place most had their first "Dancing "experience. A great floor and juke box! i can still hear the song "Summertime" ringing in my ears. Our cottage was almost across from Denne's on the hill, next to their ice house, so I was there almost every night with my Friends Carolin, Arlene, and the rest of the gang. Had my first "crush" on Arlene Croney to no avail!. She was a beauty!!!!
